Heartburn & Reflux Tea 6 oz of brewed tea
Unsweetened coconut water (chilled) 4 oz, 1/2 cup
Plain sparkling water (cold) 4 oz, 1/2 cup
Manuka or raw honey 1–2 tsp, to taste
Fresh ginger juice** 1/2 tsp
Pure vanilla extract 1/8 tsp
Tiny pinch turmeric & ground cinnamon optional garnish

*Swap maple syrup or agave for vegan version.
**Grate a thumbnail-size knob and press through a fine strainer, or muddle a few slices in the shaker.

Quick Brew Prep

1. Steep 2 heaping tsp (≈ 4 g) tea in 6 oz just-boiled water for 7 min; strain.

2. Chill in the fridge or flash-cool over ice, then discard the ice to avoid dilution.

Shake & Build

1. In a cocktail shaker (or lidded jar) , add cooled tea, coconut water, honey, ginger juice, and vanilla. Stir or shake 10 sec until honey dissolves.

2. Add a handful of ice and shake again just to chill.

3. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.

4. Top with sparkling water , tilting the glass so it stays bubbly.

5. Dust a pinch of turmeric and cinnamon on the foam.

- 6 ounces near-boiling filtered water

- Ice

- 3 ounces plain or berry-flavored sparkling water

- Juice from 1/4 lime

- Fresh mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)

Directions

1. Steep the Organic Sugar Buster Tea in near-boiling water for at least 7 minutes to extract maximum flavor. Let it cool completely.

2. Fill a glass with ice and add the cooled tea, sparkling water, lime juice, and a few torn mint leaves.

3. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and enjoy immediately!
