Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your order, and we will gladly exchange or refund your order per our Return Policy. Notification of exchanges, refunds, damages or non-delivery must be made within 30 days from the shipment receipt date by contacting us at 1 540-241-7975 OR email us: wellnessteacompany@gmail.com
If the shipment is as a result of our error, we will gladly reship your correct items at no charge or issue a refund.
If the shipment is damaged, we will gladly reship your correct items at no charge or issue a refund.
In the event of non-delivery due to an incorrect address or incorrect recipient information supplied by the customer, OR if the items ordered were an error of the customer, the following options may be considered for your satisfaction:
- For non-delivery of an order, please contact us to investigate the issue and recommend a resolution.
- If the items ordered are unopened, unused, undamaged and in original packaging, send your order back to us at your shipping expense for a full product refund or an exchange. We recommend you always insure the shipment. Refunds will not include shipping costs originally incurred to ship your order.
- To exchange an item, send your items back to us at your shipping expense, and we will gladly replace with another item of your choice. Customer will pay the difference between the product(s) exchanged or receive a refund, as well as pay for return shipping costs to receive the replacement.
In reference to an exchange or refund on Teaware Products, items must be unused, in their original packaging, undamaged, and in new condition upon receipt to receive a full refund. Again, we recommend you insure the shipment.
Refund submissions are processed on receipt of the goods, and takes 7-10 business days (depending on banking institutions and merchant providers) to process.
