Shipping/ Package Delivery
Once a package leaves our shipping department, it’s in the shipping carrier’s hands. Though you may certainly call us (540-241-7975) with your concern and we will try our best to help you with the issue, keep in mind we can only do so much once the package is in the hands of the selected mail carrier. Unfortunately, we do not refund or replace orders if you mistakenly entered an incorrect mailing address; OR if tracking shows the package was successfully delivered. It's always best to make sure your address is correct before placing your order. Please contact your mail carrier with your concerns or if your package goes missing or is stolen. Wellness Tea Company is not held liable to refund or replace an order if theft has occurred. We have a TERRIFIC and PROMPT mailing department who stands accountable for packaging and mailing your order so that it arrives safely to its new home. We want only the best for you and place our trust in mail-carriers throughout the country to do the same.
