Migraine & Vertigo Tea is a thoughtfully crafted herbal blend of peppermint, ginko biloba, cinnamon and feverfew that alleviates the severity and duration of migraine and vertigo symptoms. Ginger root, lavender and catnip work to diminish frequency of symptoms and offer anti-nausea and blood-flow stimulating properties to impact pain, balance and inflammation. Caffeine-free 

HOW TO BREW: Add 1 rounded teaspoon of loose tea leaves to infuser. Place infuser in your cup. Pour steaming water over the leaves (200 degrees F). Steep 5-7 minutes. Remove infuser & enjoy either hot or cold. Drink 1-3 cups daily when experiencing migraine/vertigo symptoms.
