HOW TO BREW: Add 1 heaping teaspoon of loose tea leaves to infuser. Place infuser in your cup. Pour 8oz. steaming water over leaves. (200°F). Steep 5-7 minutes. Remove infuser and enjoy. Serve either hot or cold. Drink 1-3 cups daily until symptoms improve. Re-steep leaves for a second cup of tea!

I've been using this tea for about 3 weeks. I drink a cup almost daily and have felt less congested. I made iced tea on warmer days!
