We recommend short-term use, perferably no more than a week at a time. Add 1 rounded teaspoon of loose tea leaves to infuser. Place infuser in your cup. Pour 8 oz. steaming water over leaves (200° F). Steep 5-7 minutes. Remove infuser & enjoy either hot or cold. Drink 1 -2 cups a day.
