How to Brew:
- Scoop: Add 1–2 heaping teaspoons of loose tea into your infuser.
- Pour: Place infuser in a cup and pour 8 oz of steaming water (200°F) over the leaves.
- Steep: Steep for 5–7 minutes, remove the infuser, and enjoy hot or cold!
Drink 1-2 cups daily for 6 weeks, then rest for 2 weeks before resuming. Taking a pause ensures you continue to feel the intended effects without needing to increase your daily intake.
