HOW TO BREW: Add 1 rounded teaspoon of loose tea leaves to infuser. Place infuser in your cup. Pour steaming water over the leaves (200 degrees F). Steep 5-7 minutes. Remove infuser & enjoy either hot or cold. Drink 1-2 cups daily for 6 weeks, then rest for 2 weeks before resuming.
